Honoring Bud White

As our season comes to a close, it is important for us to give thanks to all of our volunteers who make our league such a special place. From our coaches and managers, to our team reps, to our umpires, and the many other members of our community who make baseball on the hilltop HAPPEN.

For so many years, Bud White has done all of that. Bud has served this league in every way possible, and has seen his children and grandchildren grow up in this very special place we call home.

In recognition of Bud’s tireless service to North Venice Little League, the Board of Directors has approved a very special honor. On Saturday, June 12^th at 8:45 AM, we invite you all to join us as we dedicate our Minor baseball field the “Bud White Minor Field.”

We hope that you will be able to join us for this special occasion as we honor Bud’s service, commitment, and tireless dedication to our league.
